Lee Wrangler is looking for Sales Associates that can work up to 28 hours a week between the hours of 9am-830pm Monday-Friday and who have open weekend availability. The store is open Monday through Saturday from 10am-8pm and on Sunday, from 11am-6pm. If you’re interested, apply today!

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Experience/Customer Service:

o Embraces the brands by wearing the brands at work, and having a passion for the Lee and Wrangler products.

o Greets each customer.

o Actively engages customers on the sales floor by asking open-ended questions.

o Assists customer in the fitting room.

o Suggest the best products for the customers’ needs.

o Operations, Loss Prevention, and Safety:

o Follows all company and store policies, processes and procedures.

o React quickly to all customer and associate injuries and reports them immediately to the manager on duty.

Visual Merchandising:

o Follows all directions regarding visual merchandising standards for the store.

· Store Culture

o Respects the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.

o Promotes an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and ideas.

o Continuously looks for ways to have the store be sustainable and recognizes the impact the store has on the environment.

Job Requirements:

o Excellent communication skills.

o Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.

o Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred by not required.

o Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results.

o Should be comfortable approaching and initiating conversation with customers.

o Ability to deliver a high level of customer service in a retail environment.

o Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
